When speaking, he speaks and relates directly to the group and each presentation is specific to the needs of the group. Ben is the founder and CEO if "The Basic Ten: Go from Couch Potato to Fit". This program has helped people get healthy and feel better! Ben's book 'Attain Peak Running Through Cross-Training' provides a program for runners to reach their peak performance while greatly reducing injury risk. His book 'The Operating Manual for Great Health' takes readers on a journey of achieving peak health and performance in life. He has published several other books regarding peak thinking. One of his books "30 Minutes to Peak Thinking" has helped people all over the globe reach their full potential. Ben grew up in Wisconsin and earned his bachelors degree from UW-Whitewater. He went on to earn a masters in educational leadership at Concordia-Chicago and is currently working on a doctoral degree. His study will focus on the relationship between exercise and math anxiety.
